January 2021, Week 4
Today, I choose to face, "what is."
Spiritual healer, Mugi, said: “The greatest healing would be to wake up from what we are not”
Meditation is the tool to look within and wake up from what we are not.
Our intention this month “Today I choose to face what is” - has been an opportunity to give ourselves the gift of awareness of what is, the acceptance of what is and then being in the action of facing what is. This is powerful self work if we give it a try. What is your “what is” that you are facing?
The Veda’s (the most ancient Hindu scriptures) say “the biggest cause for human suffering is forgetting Who we are.”
Can you commit to yourself: I will take time each day to drop the stories and rest in the silence of who I really am. Can you face yourself and your life as it is? Can you show up and say yes to it all? The joys as well as the challenges.
“I’m Just Saying….”
This was an interesting article put out by Time magazine about the pandemic and a world wide possible existential crisis! Interesting read for sure and this is exactly why I am so passionate about next weeks 3 day mini retreat cleanse!! This is a pivotal time in all of our lives, so let’s not miss the lessons and the blessings. (Registration close today for the cleanse).
