Join me and cleanse for 3 Days - this is NOT deprivation,
Rather we will flood our system with high fiber, healthy fats, proteins, hydration within a 12 hour window of eating and 12 hours of digestive rest.
All of this will Reduce our body burdens.  In addition we will gather on zoom to relieve any emotional or mental burdens through yoga, meditation and private self inquiry journaling.  You will not starve!! Each day we have 3 delicious organic vegan meals all prepared for you, 2 juices, a wellness shot and a snack. All the meals are picked up at locations from NJ to Boston on May 13th.
