What beautiful weather in the Northeast!! How are you doing with our intention this month? I am nourished, calm and content. I am definitely eating what nourishes my body as I am leading the cleanse this week, so ✔️! Am I DOING what nourishes my soul? I am trying…..physical activities like yoga and swimming feed my soul, however with this fractured wrist I am trying to redefine this. I am sitting on my deck soaking in this warm sunshine and that feels like it is nourishing my soul for sure. I live in a beautiful place and it is up to me to acknowledge that and take it all in. My soul feels nourished when I am out in nature on beautiful days like today! Now for the mind…….THINK what nourishes your mind. As I type with a brace on my wrist, I ebb and flow in gratitude for this beautiful day and angst and agitation of a fractured wrist! THINKING nourishing thoughts is a choice we all get to make moment to moment. Is nothing disturbing your sense of nourishment? Or is there something nagging in your mind? If so, can you choose to do something to shift? I am choosing nourishment and the byproduct of that is calm and contentment - lets all try to get glimpses of what that looks like and feels for each of us!! Tiny little moments are big wins
