I don’t chase what’s meant for me. I clear the blocks and let it flow
I am sitting down to write for the last time this month and I read a few notes I thought were great….
Blocks are blessings that bring breakthroughs
And from a silent retreat I went on a few years ago, yes I went on a silent retreat😇…
-When you give up chasing life, life chases you
-We just need to make small little changes
-Our hearts and minds need a shower too before bed - take a moment to write or just mentally review the day and see if there is anything you need to “clean up”
-We awaken when we shine inward and find our inner silence. It is here where we do not ask for answers or for what we want to hear; without expectations, we simply listen.
Hopefully we used this month to identify our blocks, those parts of ourselves that are getting in the way of our lives flowing. Awareness is the first step to changing and we don’t need to “clean up” or change our whole selves dramatically - we can make small, little changes. This is awareness of yoga and meditation is truly a way of life and a life long process. It is worth our time and attention for sure!! So finish strong these last few days of April….I don’t chase what is meant for me, I clear the blocks and let it flow. Identify the blocks, go back and read the other dharma writings this month and get clear and ready to cleanse it out next month!
