We blew right through January, right???? Wow!!!! Our intention for February is: I am nourished, calm and content - ahhhhhhhhh! This month I will be leading the quarterly cleanse and this is the intention for the cleanse as well. February is often the month of love, how can you show acts of love to yourself? Lets explore this together. How can we each nourish ourselves - physically, emotionally and spiritually? The end result of living a well nourished life is feeling and living in a calm and content way.
Have you ever heard of kingdom habits? Or James Clear’s Atomic Habits? They are basically the same thing - small tiny actions that build momentum. Let’s use this first week of February to brainstorm some small physical actions to try to put into place this month. For example, I am going to walk 30 minutes a day, no matter what the weather. I will have warm lemon water every morning when I wake up. What feels good for you? The idea is that these small little actions will become habits and these tiny healthy habits will have a snowball effect on your total self, leading you down the path of total self nourishment, calm and contentment.
Let’s keep it simple and our progress measurable this month! Now for your part:
Make a list of small actions you are committed to taking in the worksheet provided under list of habits. Print out 4 of the sheets and fill them out for each month of February, feel free to add to and subtract habits along the way to set yourself up for success! We will add emotional and spiritual habits later in the month, have fun with this!
